Table of Plenty

I love trying out new things, always on the lookout for new stuff in the supermarket.

vanillaberriescropped1Spotted these today in Woolies today and thought they would be great healthy snack (since Laura and I have started a new weight loss challenge today!)

Table of Plenty’s Muesli Bread. They come in 3 flavours Malted Barley, Cinnamon Fruit and Vanilla & Berries, which is the one I grabbed.

So, basically it is round flat bread, vanilla flavour, cranberries and sultanas, with oats and sunflower seeds. You pop them in the toast or nuker to warm them up. Great for breakfast on the run, or a snack. I’ve already eaten 2, they are yummy..will have to try out the other flavours.

I’ve never seen this brand before, which is completely Australian Owned and Made, apparently they have a range of spices and muesli. Loved the story of how this business started by and Aussie mum.

Just tried it too – what a wonderful product.
You should try their Muesli – its ½ toasted and ½ untoasted . The Velvety vanilla is just divine.
They have some Dukkah – yam… looks interesting
