And I am so completly grossed out right now. Disturbing, yes?

It’s an artwork by Chrissy Conant, and if you go to that link you can read her thoughts on the creation and reasoning behind this. Basically, she laid on the floor and had a cast made of herself, becoming the basis of the finish product.

Maybe this is a new take on the bear-skin rug?? I’m just hoping that the trend doesn’t go mainstream.

I could thank my friend Amanda for bringing this disturbance into my life. Maybe not “thank”. Perhaps “acknowledge”. lol

You are right, this is deeply disturbing. I really hope I never see it in any of my friends’ hallways.
